Bud was our neighbor and the closest person I ever knew to being a grandfather. He was the son of Verner and Florence Colclazier, husband of Geraldine, and father of Nancy, Robert, Debora, and Randy. He was a generous, jolly man who would do anything for someone in need. He just loved the color red. He wanted to paint his house fire engine red, but Geraldine made him keep the red to just the trim. He also loved old tractors, and he was a trucker. I still miss him. He was truly a special man.
