After a four days illness, Frank V. Bennett, 74, of near Davistown, died of pneumonia Saturday morning, December 6, 1941, at 4 o'clock at his home in Dunkard Township.
Born July 10, 1867, in New York State, Mr. Bennett was a son of the late William and Elizabeth Everly Bennett and removed to Greene County when four years old, where he spent the remainder of his life. He married Lena Linton Bennett June 3, 1914 in Dunkard Township, and was well known as a farmer of Dunkard Township.
Besides his widow, Mr. Bennett leaves one son, Arthur, at home.
