Funeral services for Benjamin Nathan Gunyan, 85, of 301 Barracks, Rock Springs, who died Tuesday at 10:15 p.m. in Sweetwater County Memorial Hospital, will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at Rogan Chapel.

The Rt. Rev. Msgr. Albin Gnidovec of SS. Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church will officiate. Burial will be in the local cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Jack Gunyan, Ronald Gunyan, Robert Gunyan, Felix Chabre, George Markisich, Donald Corder and George Kettering.

Rosary was recited Friday night at Rogan Chapel.

Mr. Gunyan had been hospitalized two days before his death. He was born in San Pier, Ind., Oct. 22, 1883, and had lived in Rock Springs 47 years. He was a retired electrician for Union Pacific Coal Co.

Surviving are his wife, Lillian, Rock Springs; three sons, Robert of Oxnard, Calif., and Ronald and Jack, Rock Springs; six daughters, Mrs. George (Florence) Markisich, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Felix (Verna) Chabre, Mrs. Donald (Dorothy) Corder, Mrs. George (Lila) Kettering and Mrs. Harvey (Eileen) Washam, all of Rock Springs, and Mrs. Albert (Betty) Huffman, Glenna, Wash.; 37 grandchildren and 43 great-grandchildren.
