Mr. Hayslip was born April 9, 1969 in Artesia, New Mexico; the son of Travis Hayslip and Charlotte (Mann) Hayslip.
He was a truck driver.
He was preceded in death by his father Travis Mann.
Survivors include his companion Anita Dennis of the family home; mother Charlotte Hudson and step-father Fritz Hudson of Artesia; daughter Kara; step-daughters Ashley, Amanda, Allison, and April; step-son Jody; sisters Terri Liss of Euless, Texas, and Cheryl Pennington of Artesia; brother Robert Hayslip of Texas; grandmother Elsie Mann Evans of Artesia; uncles Clifton Mann and Terry Mann.
