George Clayton "Clay" Littleton of Pine Grove, Clarke Co., VA died Sunday, 28 July 1996 in Clarke County. Mr. Littleton was born 21 November 1960 in Winchester, VA. the son of George Clayton and Mildred D.(Crim) Littleton. He was a carpenter for C. A. Webb & Sons of Berryville. He was also a former member of Good Shepherd Episcopal Church, Loudoun County Eagles, Berryville VFW, and past member of Blue Ridge Fire Company. Surviving with his parents of Pine Grove are maternal grandmother Ada Crim of Berryville; a sister Rita K. Patterson of Winchester; a brother, Randy Stephen Littleton and sister-in-law Lisa J. Littleton; nephews Randall Shane Littleton and Stephen Sean Littleton all of Pine Grove.
The funeral was held at the Enders & Shirley funeral Home, Berryville, VA with Rev. Charles Kettlewell officiating. The family received friends from 7 to 9 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home, and the burial followed in the Loudoun Ebenezer Cemetery, in Bloomfield, VA. Pallbearers were Randy Canterbury, Toby Allenson, Wayne Tapscott, Kevin Tapscott, Jimmy Keiter, and David McDonald. Honorary pallbearers were Allan Cockey, Wes Keiter, and Michael Keiter.
