Zachary Lee Barringer, 13, of Cicero died Tuesday at University Hospital. Zachary was a student at Gillette Road Middle School. Zachary had a passion for sports. His favorite professional football team was the Eagles and his favorite college team was the Florida Gators. Zach played pop warner football for the Cicero Falcons and CNY Flag Football. Zach also loved basketball and was an SU fan. He played on the modified team for St. Rose of Lima.




Do not stand at my grave and weep

I am not there; I do not sleep.

I am a thousand winds that blow,

I am the diamond glints on snow,

I am the sun on ripened grain,

I am the gentle autumn rain.

When you awaken in the morning's hush

I am the swift uplifting rush

Of quiet birds in circled flight.

I am the soft stars that shine at night.
