Remember when kids had paper routes and carried those paper bags? That is how Mysti Su came to our house. Our oldest daughter had a paper route and she came bringing that little kitten home in that bag one day. She comes in the house and says to me, "Mommy, remember how you always said that you wanted a white kitty? Well I got you one." And she pulled this little furball out of her bag.
Well, low & behold, this little furball looked white, but.....her little toes & tips of ears was very, very light gray. I gave my little girl a hug for being so thoughtful and bringing me a white (?) kitten. Told her thank you for the white kitty, then told her," I think she is part Siamese." Sure enough, she was. But she was quite the kitty. Had a mind of her own. You couldn't hold her unless she said it was okay. But once we got her spayed. She completely turned around and became the most loving and sweet cat.
She was almost 20 years old when we had to let her go, due to kidney failure.
[As you can see in her picture, she darkened up a lot.]
