Josiah died at the age of 9, the son of Brandy and John Blair. He was a member of the Trinity Holiness Church in Chelsea, Oklahoma. Josiah loved playing outdoors, he was learning to play the Mandolin and helping his family raise Shelties. He is survived by his parents, sister Madelyn Blair and brother Nicolas Blair.
