Funeral for Rodney D Allensworth, 80, of 1348 Tamarac St, Denver, CO, a native of Galesburg who died March 12 in Colorado, was today at 3PM at Howard Funeral Home, Denver.
Mr. Allensworth was born June 9, 1895, and grew up in Galesburg. He was a World War I veteran and had worked at the Denver Post Office as a letter carrier.
Surviving with his widow Hazel are two sons, Donald of Aurora, CO, and Robert of San Pedro, CA, and a sister, Mrs. Lauren Goff, Galesburg.
