PITTSBURG - Services for Alton R. Clifton, 59, Pittsburg, are scheduled for 10 a.m. Monday at Erman Smith Funeral Home chapel, Pittsburg, with Bros. Keith Blankenship and Bill Miller officiating.

Burial will be in Crossroads Cemetery.

Mr. Clifton died May 1, 2008, in Tyler.

He was a veteran of the Army and member of Ebenezer Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his father, Elmer Ray Clifton.

Survivors include his wife, Jill Clifton, Pittsburg; mother, Ruby Moore Clifton, Pittsburg; sons, Kevin Clifton, Brock Clifton and Michael Clifton, all of Pittsburg, stepson, James Leonard, Pittsburg; daughters, Susan Perry and Kimberly Clifton, both of Pittsburg; brothers, Richard Clifton, Pittsburg, Carl Clifton, Bonham and Milton Jorgensen, Gold Beach, Ore.; sisters, Jean Denson, Mount Pleasant, and Nelda Moss, Pittsburg; 10 grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends 3-5 p.m. Sunday at funeral home.
