Meredith Elmer Bane, 64, of 413 Ida, plumber with Pray Bros., Inc. for 21 years, died Thursday.
He was born May 23, 1904, in Pretty Praire, Kan. He came to Wichita 31 years ago from Herington, Kan.
He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church and a members of the Plumbers & Steam-Fitters Union Local 171.
Survivors include his widow, Margaret, of the home; and a son, Roger, Wichita.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday in Downing Mortuary Downtown. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery.
