ELLEN IRENE BECK

OCNS - July 1, 2002 - Ellen Irene Beck, 97, passed away Friday, June 28,
2002, in the Pawhuska Hospital, Inc. She was born January 20, 1905 in
Watonga, Oklahoma to Mark William and Ellen Elizabeth (Kerr) Winkleman.
February 24, 1926 she married John Beck who preceded her in death November
17, 1973.

Survivors include: Her son, Johnnie Beck of Pawhuska, Oklahoma; her
granddaughter, Nicole Beck Brown; three great-granddaughters, Toni Brown,
Shananae Brown and Desiree Graves and husband, Danny Graves; a great-great
grandson, A.J. Graves; her good friend, Carla Parker; life-long neighbors
and devoted friends, Art and Argene Henderson; five half-brothers and
several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Beck was preceded in death by her parents,
a brother, Thomas Winkleman and a sister, Christine Lane.

Graveside services will be Tuesday, July 2, at 2:00 p.m., in the Nelagoney
(Oklahoma) Cemetery with Reverend Ron Hay officiating.

Johnson Funeral Home, Pawhuska, is in charge of arrangements.
