Cressia O. "Tiny" Malan
Cressia O. "Tiny" Malan, 84, of Columbus, Ohio, died Monday, April 25, 1994,
at Riverside Methodist Hospital. Services will be 1 p.m. Monday at Carlson
Funeral Home. Burial will be in Walnut Valley Memorial Park. Visitation
will be Monday from 11 a.m to 1 p.m.
She was born Feb. 15, 1910, in DeGraff, the daughter of Charles E. and Mabel
Randall Bailey. She owned and operated Johnson's Cafeand the ElJay Motel in
El Dorado and had lived in Columbus for several years.
Survivors include; daughter, Charlene Grabner of Columbus; eight
grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
She was married to Charles H. Johnson and later to Raymond Malan, who both
preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her parents, a
daughter, Sally Anderson, four brothers and two sisters. Memorials are to
the American Cancer Society.
