Frank married Mona Viola Crockett on Feb. 6, 1935, in Fillmore, Mis. He later married Mildred Bell Mapes Pittington, Aug. 18, 1948, in Boulder. Both of his wives preceded him in death.
Mr. Baker arrived in Fort Collins in 1958. He was a fork lift operator, truck driver, farmer, fruit picker, and a lumberman. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and traveling, and had traveled around the United States. He will be remembered for being hardworking and kind hearted.
Survivors include his three sons, Franklin Leon Baker of Bellvue, John Dee Baker of Cheyenne, Wyo., and Ira Dean Baker of Bellvue; four daughters, Roma Ann Marsch of Kansas City, Mis., Nellie Jane Campbell of Loveland, Marjorie Ruth Craine of Waldron, Mis., and Mary Faye Typer of Ohio; 29 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, 16 great-great grandchildren.
