A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Wellington Federation Church, Wellington. The Rev. Don Gardiner will officiate. Cremation will take place.
Mr. Blakeslee was born July 7, 1921, in Clarence, Mo., the son of Mark Edwin Blakeslee and Mary Jane Allred Blakeslee.
He served in the Army during World War II. He married Donna M. Campbell on March 28, 1948, in Fort Morgan.
The couple moved to Fort Collins 29 years ago. Mr. Blakeslee was a residential contractor. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Survivors include his wife, Donna Blakeslee of Fort Collins; two son, Fredrick Blakeslee of Fort Collins and Theodore William Blakeslee of Seattle; three daughters, Shirley Ann Benson, Karen Elizabeth Lockman and Geraldine Jane Brown, all of Fort Collins; and 10 grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Emphysema Foundation in care of the Warren-Bohlender Funeral Chapel.
