Otto W. Baumgarten, 69, Baraboo, died Tuesday (Jan. 2, 1968) in a Baraboo hospital after a long illness.
He was a lifelong Baraboo resident and a retired steamfitter.
Surviving in Madison is a daughter, Mrs. Gary Krugman, 3813 Anchor Dr.
Also surviving are his wife, Dorothy; two other daughters, Mrs. O. E. Schneider, Pensacola, Florida and Mrs. Farris Harrison, Verona; a son, Theodore, Prairie du Sac; three brothers, Fred and Alex, both of Baraboo; and Edward, Rock Springs; 17 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
The funeral was held in St. John's Lutheran Church, Baraboo.
