A Graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 25, 2013, at Redmond Family Cemetery near Swansea with Chaplain Princetta Dennis officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00-11:00 a.m., Tuesday at the graveside.
Mrs. Anderson was born in Aiken County, a daughter of the late Robert and Cleo Whittle Anderson. She was a member of Seivern Baptist Church in Wagner. She was a really good mother and loved fried chicken.
Survivors include her son, David (Anita) Jackson; a granddaughter, Helen Jackson Sox; a grandson, Andrew Jackson; a brother, Robert Anderson; four sisters, Sadie Laws, Catherine Mixon, Pat Parrish and Faye Reed; and a number of nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a son, Neil Jackson; and a granddaughter, Megan Jackson.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to Nellie, Lisa, Brittany, and Patrice of Heartstrings Hospice.
