"BYARD J. QUEIN, 74, of Upper Deerfield Township, died suddenly Wednesday at home.
He was born in Elkton, Maryland, and was an Upper Deerfield resident for 46 years.
Mr. Quein operated a produce distribution company until 1976. He also had worked for the Bond Bread co. and was a member of the Odd Fellows Lodge and Woodruff United Methodist Church.
Surviving are his wife, Gwendolyn, two sons, Edward B. of Charlotte, N.C. and Douglas M. of Newfield, a daughter Nana G. at home, three sisters, Thelma Danley (sic Dannelly) of Newport News, Va.; Mabel Favreau of Kansas City, Mo.; and Eleanor Turner of Philadelphia, sic grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at the Padgett Funeral Home, Bridgeton, where friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday. Burial will be in Woodruff Methodist Cemetery."
