Cheryl A. (Oldfield) Jackson, 43, a lifelong Mohawk Valley resident, passed away on Wednesday, August 20, 2014, with the love and support of her family by her side. Born in Herkimer, NY on October 7, 1970, Cheryl is the daughter of Rosemary E. (Marmet) View and Daniel H. Oldfield. She was a Graduate of Mohawk High School and had attended SUNY Canton. Her marriage to Thomas Jackson took place in March 2013 in the Town of Little Falls. Cheryl had currently been employed as a senior trade specialist for the Bank of NY Melon in Oriskany. She also was the proud owner and founder of Dips, Drinks and Other Delights Spice Business; a business that she had found much enjoyment in. She was a member of the Mohawk American Legion Auxiliary and loved and appreciated her Irish Heritage, as well as Irish music. In her spare time she loved to camp and travel to Maine and Vermont. She appreciated her friends and family and nothing gave her more pleasure than spending time with them. She is survived by her husband; her parents; her grandmother; her stepson; her stepdaughter; a stepbrother; a stepsister; a half-sister,; and a half-brother. She also leaves many nieces, nephews and cousins; aunts and uncles, including special aunts and uncles, as well as a special friend...
