1923 took a position with Wolff Packing Co and moved to Topeka KA
1925 moved to Detroit MI with the Sullivan Packing Co as sales manager and treasurer

Elected 1st president of the Austin Kiwanis Club
Belonged to and was active in St Augustine Catholic Church
Exalted Ruler of the Elks in Austin
County chairman of Austin Knights of Columbus
Chairman of lst ward Salvation Army & YMCA
