Was a member of the Society of Friends Evangelical Meeting, Madison Avenue, Midway City, Orange Co, Califoarnia. And Board Member of the Whittier MM, Whittier, California.
She became the Head of Minsitry and Evangilism for the Evangelical Friends Church, Madison Street, Midway City, Orange Co, CA. Merle was the head of her meeting in charge of all areas needed and/or recquired for maintaining the meeting.
She passed into the loving arms of God on 23October1962, after a lengthy illness from Diabetes. She develpoed heart problems in the end of her days and succumbed in the early morning hours of the 23rd of October 1962.
And the generations shall rise up and call her blessed, for God did dwell within her all of her days. And, when it came to pass, that God did call her home, she was welcomed by all those who had gone on before her.
Dearly loved, never forgotten, forever missed.
