Harrison, age 59, died early Monday morning at 12:25 at the Nevada hospital after a short critical illness. He was the son of James and Janie Barritt. He married Myrtle Tudor on September 23, 1908, and had seven children. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sons, James Howard Barritt and Bertie Perry Barritt. Survivors include his wife, his children, Lloyd Barritt, Olen Barritt, Lawrence Barritt, Lorene Hartline, and Belva Eslinger, ten grandchildren, and his siblings, Anna McClain, Alice McClain, Daisy Bubenser, Pearl Burrus, Millard Barritt, and Jesse Barritt. Services were held at the Baptist Church in El Dorado Springs. Burial was in Clintonville Cemetery.
