He appeared onstage in "A Reign Of Error" (1899), "The Cadet Girl" (1900), "Woodland" (1904), "The Fascinating Widow" (1911), "The Merry Widow" (1921), "Atlas And Eva" (1928), and "Boom Boom" (1929). His other films include "Bringin' Home The Bacon" (1924), "Rolling Home" (1926), and "A Lady's Morals" (1930). He also directed "Robinson Crusoe" and "Madam X", both in 1916. He was the father of writer George Marion Jr.
