Nancy was the daughter of Henry and Relief (Tyler) Capen and the second wife of Abraham (or Abram) Tyler. Nancy and Abram had 4 sons and 2 daugters, but sadly only one daughter, Sarah Louise Tyler, lived to be an adult. Nancy owned a number of properties during her lifetime, including commercial buildings. There is evidence to suggest that she moved to Marlborough sometime after the death of her husband to live with daughter Sarah on Pleasant Street.
