Gerald E. "Jerry" Biegert, 68, died Wednesday at Caritas Medical Center. He was a retired postal clerk and an assistant manager at the money room at Churchill Downs. Survivors: his wife, the former Alice Marie Willman; sons Bernard, Keith and David Biegert; daughters Diane Cavanaugh, Janet George and Lois Keller; a brother, Clarence Biegert; and 12 grandchildren. Funeral: 10 a.m. Friday, Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church, 7333 Southside Drive. Burial: Calvary. Visitation: Joseph E. Ratterman & Son South End, 7330 Southside Drive, 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday. Memorial gifts: Mass of the Air.
