Smithland,Ky.---Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Smith Funeral Chappel for Isa Bloodworth, 90, of Smithland, who died at 6:30 p.m. Friday at Lourdes Hospital.
The Rev. Fred Lowrence and the Rev Ben Guess will officiate, with burial in Paradise Cemetery.
She is survived by her son, Ralph Bloodworth, of Smithland; one grandchild and two great grandchildren.
She was preceeded in death by two brothers, Ezra Driskill and Ira Driskill, and a grandson Garry Bloodworth.
Friends may call at the funeral home until the service.
