Margaret (Maggie) was born into a mining family. Her father and brothers were all employed at the mines in and around Trinidad and Starkville, Colorado. She met and married Henry Stafford Fees who worked for the railroads. Later, he would become an engineer. She had 3 babies that we know of and may have been pregnant with a fourth when she contracted Typhoid Pneumonia and died. She was so young and very pretty. RIP
