Golden Wedding Anniversary
Mr and Mrs. William Thomas Collins observed their golden wedding anniversary, Saturday evening, at the home of their son in law, J Fletcher Preston, on Dexter street. The couple have 4 of their 13 children still living, 8 grandchildren and one great grandchild. Mr Collins and Miss Annie Sutcliffe were married in the parsonage of Mt Zion ME Church, by the Rev. Henry G King. Mr Collins was born in Glasgow, Scotland and came to this country, as did his wife, in youth. Mrs. Collins was born in Yorkshire, England. They have lived in this city for more than half a century, most of the time in Manayunk.

John A, William T, Carrie and Hattie.
