Mrs. Mary E. Taylor

Funeral arrangements for Mrs. Mary E. Taylor, 83, of 3860 43rd St. were pending today at Rogers Mortuary. She died yesterday at the Bostonia home of her son, Harry Taylor.
Mrs. Taylor, a native of Missouri had resided her 12 years. She was a member of the Primitive Baptist Church.
Survivors are three sons, Harry Taylor, of Bostonia; Alma Taylor, of Garfield, Ark., and N. W. Taylor of Oklahoma; four daughters, Mrs. W. F. Hale, Mrs. Naomi Geissler, Mrs. Ocie Seamon and Mrs. Walker Bennett, all of San Diego; a brother, James Glasscock, of Oklahoma, a sister, Mrs. May Vandergrift, of Artesia , NM; 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Garfield AR

Mrs. Mary E. Taylor, 83, former resident of the Garfield community, died Sunday at San Diego, Calif., according to information received here.

Mrs. Taylor spent most of her life on a farm near Garfield, but left the community about 20 years ago. She made her home in Tulsa for about 10 years before going to San Diego 10 years ago to make her home with her children.

Mrs. Taylor was the widow of the late Jasper G. Taylor. She became a member of the Providence Primitive Baptist church in her childhood.

She is survived by three sons, Alma Taylor, Garfield, Milford Taylor, Tulsa, and Harry Taylor, San Diego; four daughters, Mrs. Ella Hale, Mrs. Oma Geissler, Mrs. Ocie Seamon and Mrs. Mildred Bennett, all of San Diego; one sister, Mrs. May Vandergrift, Artesia, N. Mex. and a brother, James T. Glasscocks, Stillwater Okla.
