Hazel R. Hughes, Age 83 of Middletown passed away on Saturday, September 30, 2006. She was born on September 25, 1923 in Sterling, Kansas.
She was a homemaker. She was an avid pool player and bowler. She was a former member of the United Armed Service Club of Poasttown, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Homer and Laura(Ritz) Deadmond; a brother, Blake Deadmond; and sisters, Grace, Wanda and Vesta.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, October 3, from 5-8:00 pm at the Baker-Stevens Funeral Home with Funeral Services also there on Wednesday, October 4 at 2:00 pm with Minister Jerry Minor officiating.
Interment will be in the Woodhill Cemetery in Franklin, Ohio.
