Mrs. Frances Anderson, age 96 of Jackson, passed away on Sunday, August 18, 2013.

Graveside services will be conducted on Wednesday, August 21, 2013 at 10 a.m., at Highland Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Anderson was born to Clyde and Lilly Mae Tucker Hart on October 31, 1916 in Harrisburg, AR. She was a long time member of Lambuth Memorial United Method Church, and was the director of their nursery for 50 years. She retired in 1980 from her career as a payroll clerk.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Aubrey Anderson and her son, Aubrey Anderson II.

She is survived by her daughter, Judith Anderson; grandchildren, Andy Anderson, Jennifer Cortes and Erin Camacho; six great-grandchildren and her nephew, Joe (Mary Margaret) Peel.

A visitation with the family will be held on Tuesday, August 20, 2013 from 5-7 p.m., at the North Chapel of George A. Smith and Sons Funeral Home.
