Binh Huu Nguyen, 22 year old of Sunnyvale, California, student of De Anza College passed away on Oct 4 2013 from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident.
Binh was riding a 2003 Piaggio Scooter, when he crashed into a wood pallet dropped in the far right lane Binh was ejected upon impact and landed on the freeway. Within moments he was struck by the car on Highway 101. The driver who dropped the wood pallet did not stop, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Binh is survived by his mother, his step-father, father, sister, half-sister, nephew and niece. He also left behind his lovely girl friend.
He was a good kid and a nice person. He will be dearly loved and deeply missed by his family and friends. He had gone but never be forgotten.
