Arthur S. Foose, 74, of 56 N. 3rd St., died today in the veterans hospital, Lebanon, where he was admitted Feb. 8.
Born March 19, 1893, in Easton, he was a son of the late Robert and Elizabeth Smith Foose.
Mr. Foose was a salesman for the Easton Gas Co. and Metropolitan Edison Co. retiring in 1953. He later was a driver for Yellow Cab Co. until 1956.
His widow is the former Catherine Singley.
He was a Navy veteran of World War I.
