Paul was a lifelong resident of Niagara Falls, NY. He attended local schools and graduated from the former LaSalle Senior High School. He served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War and was honorably discharged on November 25, 1952. Paul was employed as a millwright at the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co. in Niagara Falls, NY for many years. Paul was an avid outdoorsman and particularly loved hunting, fishing and camping. He was also a member of the LaSalle Sportsmen's Club, in the Town of Niagara and in his leisure time enjoyed football and playing euchre. Most of all, Paul's greatest pleasure came from spending time with his family especially his grandchildren.
Mr. Cianchetti is survived by his five children, Paul (Lynn) Cianchetti, Jr. of Florida; Linda (Roger) Caldwell of Niagara Falls, NY; Lori (Guy) Bottenfield of Wheatfield, NY; Dominic (Debbie) Cianchetti of Texas and Mark (Wendy) Cianchetti of Florida; sixteen grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, one brother John Cianchetti of Ransomville, NY and several nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. He was also predeceased by one brother Carmen Cianchetti.
There will be no prior visitation. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
