Charles Wesley Busard, 96, formerly of Springville, died Monday November 23, 1992, at a care center in Provo. He was born December 20, 1895 to John Wesley and Frances Eliza Quarrels Busard in Fort Madison, Iowa. He married Helen Margaret Smith, at Lima, Ohio, July 6, 1920. They were later divorced. He married Mary Adeline Simkens Senior in Boise, Idaho, July 5, 1929. She died December 25, 1976. He is survived by a son, Charles Wesley Busard, Jr., South Bend, Indiana; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; preceded in death by a daughter, Marjorie in 1957; a stepson, Max Senior in 1967; a brother, John Francis Busard; and a sister, Mabel Taylor. Burial was November 28, 1992.
