Hellen Forse, age 84, passed away Saturday, September 22, 2012. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Obie Forse; son, Raymond W. Forse; sister, Faye Perez; and brother, Raymond Virgil "Pete" Smallwood. Survived by son, James Elton Forse and wife Frances; daughter-in-law, Carol Forse; numerous nieces and nephews; and other relatives. Visitation will be held 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 25, 2012 at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home. The Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be at 12:30 p.m., Wednesday, September 26, 2012 in the Chapel of Earthman Resthaven. Pastor Richard Skinner, Doctor of Ministry officiating.
