George & Tillie Abington had 2 children: Oliver Perry Abington II (named after his father.) He was accidently shot while deer hunting with his dad - it is believed the shot came from another hunter in the area who mistook him for a deer. He was just 12 years old - he is buried in the Neeleyville Cemetery; Edith M. Abington, who married Wiley Matson Owen.
