ALLEN, Billy D. age 69 of Fairborn passed away Wednesday February 23, 2011 in Hospice of Dayton. He was born August 25, 1941 in Nashville, Tennessee the son of William D. and Mary Ethel (Spurlock) Allen. Billy served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He retired from Chrysler in 1997 after 32 years of faithful service. He was a member of the American Legion and a former member of Masonic Lodge #764 F.& A.M and a former Union Stewart for Local 775 I.U.E.
He is survived by his loving wife of 21 years, Beth (Leach ) Allen, 2 daughters and sons in law, Terra and Dwayne Jones of Fairborn and Stefanie Joan and Bobby Riley of Moberly, Missouri, 2 sons, Timothy M. Leach of Fairborn and Bryan D. Allen of Omaha, Nebraska, a sister, Betty Jean Roddy of Jamestown, New York, 3 grandchildren, Victor, Katalina and Kristin. He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Bradley David Allen in 2003, Mother in law, Charlotte B. Leach in 2007.
