Jayden Brodie Allen, 20 month old infant of Alabaster, took flight to be with his Heavenly Father on Friday, February 28, 2014. He is survived by his daddy, Cody Allen, and mother, Sommer Wilford. He is also survived by his grandfather John (Sheree) Wilford of Bessemer, grandmother Pam Thomas (Kenny) of Bessemer, and grandparents Andy "Papa" and Renee Allen of McCalla four great grandmothers, Pat Chance of Oak Grove; Betty Allen of Gardendale, Barbara Handley of Concord, and Sara Franklin of Alabaster. His wonderful extended family including uncles Casey Allen and Blake Wilford "Blakey" and special aunts Kelly "Mimi"{Matt) Crane, AJ Crane and Megan (Matt) Dye of Gardendale and Susan Wilford along with a huge family with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and more who loved him so very much. Jayden was our little angel sent from Heaven above who gave his family so much joy and unconditional love that will always be remembered and never forgotten. We will miss "Our Little Angel". The visitation will be Thursday, March 6, 2014, from 12:30 PM until 2:00 PM at Peoples Chapel Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at the Funeral Home at 2:00 PM, with Rev. Matt McGukin officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Grove Memorial Gardens.
