WARDEN, Wash.—Word has been received here by Mr. and Mrs. Adolph Jeske of the death of their son, Army Sgt. Robert Jeske, in Indochina Feb. 14. Sgt. Jeske, 27, was killed in action while serving in Southeast Asia.
Mr. Jeske was born Feb. 1, 1944 in Longview, Wash. He was reared here and was graduated from high school here in 1962.
A four-year veteran of the U.S. Navy, Sgt. Jeske was serving with an advisory team with the Army in Vietnam at the time of his death. In the interim of his service with the Army and the Navy, he attended Eastern Washington State College, Cheney.
Besides his parents, he is survived by his wife, Betty, Spokane; a sister, Mrs. Jerry Dyreson, Spokane; and a brother, David, Warden.
Eccleston Penhallurick Mortuary, Moses Lake, Wash., will announce funeral services.
