Richard Creech IV was the son of Richard Creech III and Ann Williams Creech. He married to Mary Williams 1770 in South Carolina. They had six children that I am aware of.
Children:
Stephen Creech 1769 – 1831
Richard Creech 1771 – 1845
Henry Creech 1775 –
Charles Creech 1778 –
Jane Ann Creech 1788 – 1835
Elizabeth Creech 1799 – 1871

On the Ancestry program they have Richard buried in the Early American Wars Veteran's Cemetery in Barnwell County South Carolina. A lot of the graves in Early American Wars Cemetery are just a memorial set for the veterans of the Rev. War.
There are some places he is buried in the Buck Creech Cemetery. His brother William Creech is also buried there also and he too has a memorial set in the Early American Wars Veteran's Cemetery.
