Brian Francis Twamley, 58, of 803 S. Limestone Street, Gaffney, S.C. died Monday, March 2, 2015 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center.
Born in Rochester, N.Y., he was the husband of Connie Brooks Twamley and son of the late John Paul Twamley and Joan Lee MacPherson Twamley.
Mr. Twamley retired from Universal Productions, loved his family, and was a member of Blacksburg A.R.P. Church.
Surviving in addition to his wife is a son, Christopher Twamley and wife, Danielle, of Gaffney; three daughters, Jennifer McKinney and husband, John, of Gaffney, Sara Weygandt and husband, Edwin, of Spartanburg, and Stephanie Twamley and fiancé, Nicholas Ballew, of Greenville; two brothers, Patrick Twamley and wife, Janet, of Wallkill, N.Y. and Matthew Twamley and fiancé, Deanne Jones, of Hilton, N.Y.; a sister, Debbie Griffith and husband, John, of Hilton , N.Y.; three grandchildren, Natalie Twamley (Michial Scruggs), Alexander Weygandt and Jerilyn Twamley; a great-grandchild, Michael Twamley.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Kevin Twamley, a granddaughter, Samantha Joan Twamley and a great-grandson, Samuel Jay Scruggs.
CREMATION
Memorial services were held March 6, 2015 4:00 p.m. at Blakely Funeral Home.
