Obituary for ~ Kathryn Jane Langille February 20, 1935 - March 27, 1965 Well Known Woman Dies in 31st Year John -- The death of Kathryn Jane Langille of River John occurred Saturday evening, March 27, at the Victoria General Hospital, after a short illness. Born in River John 30 years ago, she was the daughter of Percy and Amy (MacPhail) Langille. She taught school for a number of years, and then entered St. Martha's Hospital, Antigonish, where she graduated as a nursing assistant in 1959. After graduation she was employed at Sutherland Memorial Hospital, Pictou, until the time of her illness. Miss Langille is survived by her parents; also five sisters, Theresa (Mrs. Bennie MacLean) Sioux Lookout, Ont., Cora (Mrs. Eric Langille) Denmark, Col. Co., Minetta (Mrs. Elsworth Fraser) Woodfield, N.S. Mary, Winnipeg, Agnes, Halifax, and one brother, John, at home. The funeral will be held on Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock from St. John's Anglican Church, River John. Burial will be in the Church of England Cemetery.
