Lee Kent Bolerjack, 52, of Carthage, peacefully passed away Friday, June 26, 2015, after a brief illness.

He was born and raised in Joliet, Ill., and was a graduate of Joliet Township (Central) High School, class of 1981.

Lee was very skilled in luxury import auto repair. He owned his own shop in Pinehurst, which also served as a social gathering place for all. Lee never turned down a late night to help his friends. He loved riding his motorcycle and traveling. He loved his kids, his life and his dog; he always seized the opportunity to brag on them. He lived his life a quarter turn at a time; despite any situation he was always sure, "It'll all work out and it will be OK."

He was preceded in death by his parents, Thurman and Marguerite (Cantu) Bolerjack.

He is survived by his loving children, Marissa Tegan Bolerjack and son-in-law, Jason Handy; son, Daniel Bolerjack; one grandson, Louis Han Bolerjack; a sister, Mardolyn (Bob) Vescovi; a nephew, Patrick Al Pelaez; numerous cousins; and his beloved dog Alvin.

A gathering will be held in memory of Lee from 12-2 p.m. Saturday, July 11, at Broad Street Bar & Grill.

Arrangements by Cape Fear Crematory of Stedman.
