She was a longtime member of First Presbyterian Church in Salina and a member of P.E.O. Chapter BW; a supporter of arts in the community and a former trustee of the Salina Art Center Endowment.
Ruth was preceded in death by her husband and a son, James Willis.
She is survived by two daughters and their husbands; Six grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
Memorial services were held at First Presbyterian Church.
