Patricia Rae Phillips, 82, of Emmett, passed away on Tuesday, July 19 at home leaving her husband Delmar and three children Allen (Jackie) Phillips, Mary (Mark) Becker and Jessie (Chuck) Shenk, 5 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Friends and family are invited to a memorial gathering to share memories and refreshments on Saturday, August 6 from 2:30 until 4:30 p.m. at Cold Mountain Creek Restaurant, 1825 Highway 16 in Emmett. Arrangements made with the Potter Funeral Chapel in Emmett.
