Mt. Bethel, Pa. Dorothy May Place, 78, of Evergreen Village, died Sunday, April 25, in her home.
Born in Los Angeles, Calif., she was a daughter of the late Albert and Frances Mawe Moxley. She lived in Warren County, N.J., before moving to Northampton County three years ago.
She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Belvidere American Legion Post 131 in Belvidere.
She is survived by her husband, Charles A. Place; four sons, Richard All en of Phillispburg, Robert A. Place of Upper Mount Bethel, Michael Jam es of Palm Spring Calif,. and David W. of Naples, Fla.; and two grandchr en.
The Lanterman & Allen Funeral Home, 27 Washington St., East Stroudsburg, is handling the arrangements.
