Penny Schancer Wright, age 59, of Lowell, Arkansas passed away Friday, August 26, 2016, at Mercy Hospital in Rogers, Arkansas.
She was born July 27, 1957 in Santa Ana, California, to Robert and Wilda Jean Schancer.
Penny graduated from Springdale, Arkansas Class of 1975.
She worked for a number of years at Walmart's IT division in Bentonvill.
She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and enjoyed life to its fullest.
She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Robert Wright of Lowell, Arkansas; sister, Robbie Wright of Jane, Missouri; sister, Nancy Mitchell of Huntsville, Arkansas; mother in-law, Myrtle Wright of Springdale, Arkansas; nephews, John Wright, William Wright, Daniel Schancer, Bobbie Shancer, Doug Howerton, Eric Howerton, Larry Rhodes, ans Scott Rhodes; nieces, Cindy Bosecker, Brandy Todd, Amanda Mitchell and Alysha Richey; brother and sisters-in-law, Bret (and Pam) Wright, and Debbie (and Paul) Groff.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother Robert Schancer Jr.
A Memorial celebration of Penny's life will be held 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., Saturday, September 3, 2016 at Orchard Park in Bentonville, Arkansas.
