Jack W. Mignery, joins his beloved wife of 52 years, Dorothy Mignery, who preceded him in death in 2002. Jack, a kind caring father is lovingly survived by his daughter, Linda (Mark) Howes; grandson, Adam Howes; a sister, Hattie Lee Frock; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives in Missouri and Nebraska; his wife and companion this past year, Gerry Mignery; and his long time friend, bridge partner and fellow teacher, Jerry Wharton. Jack will be missed by all for his award winning smile, his jokes, and the good times they shared. Mr. Mignery began his teaching career at Pueblo High School, spent several years at Rincon, and retired after 25 years at Palo Verde High School. He loved teaching and in return was admired by many students whose lives he touched. Jack was a member of the Mason's, the Elks Club, and the Tucson Lapidary Club. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorials in Mr. Mignery 's name may be made to TMC Hospice, 5301 E. Grant Road, Tucson, AZ 85712. Adair Funeral Home, 326-4343.
