He was a very innovative mechanic and enjoyed working on his motorcycles. Rodney had a very outgoing personality and made friends easily.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Winnie Marlowe; his “Granny”; brothers, William, George, and Junior; grandson, James Garner; niece, Stephanie Brown and her children.
He is survived by his father, Roy Marlowe of Coalfield; Daughter, Becki Marlowe Moran and husband, Joe of New Braunfells, TX; Sisters, Nancy Parker of Coalfield Louise Wood and husband, Billy of Coalfield; Brothers, Steve Marlowe and wife Sheila of Oliver Springs Russell Marlowe of Clinton Gary Marlowe of Coalfield And many beloved nieces, nephews and special friends.
A visitation including a “Celebration of Life” service will be held on Friday, October 21, 2016 from 6-8:00 pm at the Oliver Springs DAV building, 530 Kingston Ave. Oliver Springs, TN.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the “Make a Wish” Foundation, Toys for Tots, or
your local Veteran’s group. And remember to check the organ donation box on your driver’s license!
